Jelight 90-0069-07 Zinc Pen-Ray UV Lamp

is a compact spectral light source providing a prominent 214 nm UV emission for absorption measurements, analytical instrumentation, air-pollution monitoring, wavelength calibration, and spectroscopy. Its thermally isolated lamp construction supports stable operation, while 305 mm (12 in.) stripped radial leads provide added connection length for integration into compatible instruments and OEM systems. The 90-0069-07 is designed for use with the Jelight PS-9 power supply.

What are radial leads?

Radial leads exit from the side or perimeter of the lamp base rather than extending directly from its end. The 90-0069-07 is supplied with 305 mm (12 in.) stripped radial leads for integration into compatible equipment.

Can the 90-0069-07 replace a deuterium lamp?

In some applications, yes. Zinc Pen-Ray lamps may provide an alternative to deuterium lamps when the application specifically requires a stable, prominent UV source near 214 nm. They are not a general replacement for broadband deuterium sources.
