We offer a broad range of linear quartz infrared heating lamps from Ushio Oregon.  Special orders are available for many hard to find configurations, although minimum order quantity (MOQ) and production lead times will apply. Custom lamp design and production available for OEM and high volume applications.

  • High temperature sealed quartz tube allows for a high wattage density necessary for high speed production processes,

  • Long Life halogen cycle tungsten filaments, for low cost of production maintenance,

  • High-efficiency infrared conversion to transfer large amounts of heat with precision control,

  • Provides radiant heating with instant on / instant off capability, which allows heat sensitive materials linger near the heat source, with uniformity and precision in heat controlled zones.

  • Available in variety of voltages, sizes and powers, including custom configurations.
