The ME300BF is a 300 watt Ceramic Xenon Short Arc (AKA Cermax) Lamp, which is part of the Cermax® VQ™ by Excelitas, the latest break though in Xenon lighting technology. Cermax® VQ™ is the premiere solution for medical lighting applications including endoscopy, surgical headlamps, and microscopy. These areas deserve lighting with great performance and reliability.
This lamp has a 500 hour warranty, with a 1000 hour typical life. The PE300BF has a 1.24mm arc gap in a silver coated parabolic reflector with a 1" sapphire window, which provides 5000 lumens at 5600K. This lamp has 5 tapped holes at the back, with 33mm diameter electrical and thermal contact surfaces at front and back. The PE300BF is 33mm diameter x 42mm long (excluding tip-off) white and nickel finish with PerkinElmer logo.
