The Osram XBO 150 W/CR OFR is a 150 watt,  xenon short arc, double-ended. Typical lifetime is 3000 hours (Vertical), 1200 hours (Horizontal). This lamp has SFc12-4 (anode) and SFcX12-4 (cathode) basing on the 20mm diameter x 150mm long clear double ended bulb. This item is made by Osram, and is commonly available from no other source but Osram/Sylvania, but as alternative part numbers 69237, 69237-0, 69237-O, XBO150W/CR, XBO150W/CROFR, XBO150W/CR-OFR and other variations.

This lamp replaces the Osram XBO 150 W/1 OFR (69235).
